Conditions of Hire

1. Responsibility for the equipment hired rests with the Hirer during the hire period and any losses to be made good by the Hirer

2. Any damage to the equipment will be made good by the Hirer.

3. It is the responsibility of the Hirer to arrange Public Liability Insurance.

4. The equipment must be ready for dismantle/collection by our agent at the specified time. Failure to comply with this condition
will result in an excess charge of one day standard hire charge incl. VAT for each unit.

5. Marquees are classed as temporary structures and must be trated as such in adverse weather conditions.
